Job Description:
AV CORE is looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Techno-Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our technical products and services while offering technical support to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell AV CORE’s technical products and services to new and existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions based on technical specifications.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers.
• Explain complex technical details in a clear and understandable manner to clients.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, including troubleshooting and addressing technical concerns.
• Work closely with the technical team to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
• Track sales and service performance, reporting regularly to the management team.
• Participate in the development of sales strategies and marketing efforts to promote AV CORE products.
• Identify new market opportunities and potential clients.
• Stay up to date with product innovations and industry trends to better serve customers.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technical or B2B environment.
• Strong technical knowledge and the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Goal-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in techno-sales or a similar role is preferred.
Salary Range: 1.5 LPA – 2.5 LPA
