Roles and Responsibilities:

• Purchase Management: Oversee and manage the purchase records and transactions.
• TDS Compliance: Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and timely payments.
• GST Filing: Prepare and file GST returns, ensuring full compliance with tax regulations.
• Tally: Manage and update accounts in Tally software, ensuring accuracy of financial records.
• Balance Sheet Preparation: Assist in the preparation and review of monthly/annual balance sheets.
• Audit Support: Provide necessary documents and support during internal and external audits.
• Reconciliation: Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
• Accounting Reports: Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements in accounting processes.

Skills and Requirements:

• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or related fields.
• Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of TDS, GST, and Tally software.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Work under Pressure: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
• Male Preferred, but female candidates are also welcome to apply.
• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related fields.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues and find effective solutions.
• Team Player: Able to collaborate with colleagues and departments effectively.
